With a background in psychometrics, measurement, and evaluation, Aminah consults on the development and use of assessments as well as the evaluation of accountability systems. She provides a thoughtful and informed perspective on equitable methods for data collection, data interpretation, and data use.

Aminah’s experience spans school districts, higher education, and government agencies and grants. Aminah earned her Ph.D. in Educational Studies and measurement from Emory University, her M.A. in Educational Psychology from the University of Georgia, and her B.S. in mathematics from Spelman College.
